However, while these plays do have some deep routes, you should be able to implement these for 7-8 year olds as well. You may need to do some route adjustments to match the skill level of your players.

These plays aim to provide some options for picking up some yards and occasionally getting the big play. My offensive philosophy has always been to get 5-7 yards every play and be in a good position to get a first down on 3rd/4th down.
